Time of order
Get your orders in before 11am for same day delivery or unless sold out prior. Pre orders can be made for future dates at any time.
Flower delivery
Our wonderful delivery drivers commence at 1130am, all flowers and gifts will be delivered by 430pm
What if recipient is not home?
Don’t worry, our delivery drivers are masters when it comes to making sure your flowers are left somewhere safe and we will take a photograph for reference. Please ensure you have listed recipients mobile and correct address on checkout.
Weekend deliveries
We do not offer weekend deliveries, but special requests can be made so please email us.

Can i pick up my order?
Absolutely, select the pick-up option at checkout, and your order will be ready at our florist shop on the specified date during business hours. This option is perfect for those who prefer to collect their flowers personally.
Don't see your delivery suburb
Don’t see your delivery suburb? Please send us an email with the suburb request - there may be an additional delivery fee.
Freshness
We promise to send you the freshest of flowers and this would mean that they will occasionally come in bud form which will last longer. If you receive flowers that do not seem fresh, please contact us at studioh@outlook.com.au to inform us immediately. If, at our discretion, the flowers do not meet our high freshness standards, we will give you the choice of a replacement at our next available delivery date or a refund. In your email, please include a photo of the un-fresh flowers to be eligible for a refund.

Customer's email address
We use this information to provide a better customer experience by sending order confirmations. We will also use the customer's email for marketing communications from time to time. Please ensure that email addresses are accurate.
Customer's full name and address
We use this information for credit and debit card validation.
Customer's telephone number
We use this information to contact customers in the event of problems with the order such as delivery issues.
Recipient's full name, contact, and address
We require this information to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient's address and contact is accurate.
Wrong delivery address
If an incorrect delivery address is provided there will be a re-delivery fee of $5.50 for next day delivery. So please ensure all recipients details are correct.
